What does mowing cost?
It depends on lot size, how much trimming there is, and how often you want us out. Most weekly residential yards land in a predictable range, and we'll give you an exact number before we start. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
Do I need to be home when you come?
No. Most of our customers aren't. Just leave gates unlocked if the backyard needs access, and let us know about pets.
Weekly or every other week?
Weekly through the growing season keeps the lawn healthiest, because you never cut off more than a third of the blade at once. Biweekly works for slower-growing or shaded yards, and we're happy to tell you which one your property actually needs.
Can I book a one-time cleanup instead of regular service?
Yes. Cleanups, mulch jobs and tree work are often one-time visits. Nothing locks you into a schedule.
When should I aerate?
Early fall is the best window for cool-season grass in the Chicago area. The soil is still warm, weed pressure has dropped, and new seed has time to establish before the first freeze. Spring is the second-best option.
How do I get on the snow list?
Call or text before the season starts and we'll add your driveway to the route. You can choose per-storm service or a seasonal plan.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days for mowing, and often the same week for cleanups. Spring and the first big leaf drop are our busiest stretches, so reaching out early helps.
